I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service. I tired to order these shoes from another Italian website, and had so much trouble, only half the website was in English, and after 5 attempts, I was most fed up, then I found your website, and was able to buy the shoes in minutes! It was so easy, I will definitely be back, I love the Nero Giardini sandels, and you can only buy them in Italy, or on your website!

Unfortunately I couldn’t see where to give some feedback for other users to view so I thought that I would email instead.

I just wanted to say thank you for a superb service. I was told that it could take up to 9 days for my boots to be delievered to the UK and it took just 5 working days. I ordered my boots from the Rabanser website on the same day that I ordered some ski gear from a UK based company. They both arrived today! An incredible service.
